DTC Marketing Manager

Description:

• Directly responsible for the execution of the strategic growth plan of accounts under his/her scope.
• Will manage 2 brands on all platforms: Shopify, Ads, Social, Email , etc.
• Engage
• Collaborate closely with internal and external sales and marketing partners to identify and execute all business needs/opportunities to manage the successful execution of all aspects of business.
• Shopify, website management and optimization: drive sales and traffic through advertising, inventory management, competitor research, promotion planning, strategy proposal, email marketing and other marketing initiates to ensure the success of DTC sales.
• Solely responsible for budgeting, and executing ads across Meta, Google, and X , for both - ads and strategy.
• Analyze ads, ensure running efficiently; make updates as necessary.
• Manage email marketing
• New product launches every few months.
• Will oversee community engagement on social media.
• Experiencing rapid growth. Must be nimble, self motivated, know what needs to be done.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Email Marketing, Shopify , eCommerce
• Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
• Meta Ads and Google Ads proficient.
• Nice to have: Asana, Klaviyo, X Ads
• Experience managing a team

Top Must Have Skills:

1. Shopify – manage 2 Shopify sites.
2. Meta Ads and Google Ads proficient.
