Our pharma ad agency client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Banner Ad Specialist to join their growing digital team. If you're passionate about digital advertising, A/B testing, and creating engaging banner content, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Create iterative banner content for A/B tests using the Digital Lab banner platform and technologies, by leveraging existing banners, cloning them, and building test and learn content to improve engagement rates.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using graphic design tools, media, and/or technologies to create and iterate from a single concept or asset.
- Collaborate effectively with teams to gather feedback and manage design projects that involve multiple iterations and refinements.
- Maintain and update the banner inventory for brands to provide an enterprise view of all banner types, and recommend if new enterprise banner templates should be created for all brands to leverage.
- Update and maintain the banner component inventory for brands.
- Provide enhancement ideas and report any issues with the banner content creation tool to the banner product owner to inform the enhancement roadmap.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience of Banner Marketing Experience creating, building and executing banners
- 1+ years of experience with design software and technologies (InDesign, Figma, Photoshop, artificial intelligence, or other facsimile).
- Digital marketing or interactive agency experience is a plus.
- Experience in Pharma preferred but not required.
