We're seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our real estate client's growing team. You'll play a key role in developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, social media, email, and SEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Generation: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and customer acquisition.
- Paid Advertising: Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Email Marketing: Build and manage automated email campaigns in ActiveCampaign.
- SEO/SEM: Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page content, and manage SEM campaigns.
- Landing Page Optimization: Design and optimize landing pages using Unbounce.
- Workflow Automation: Utilize Zapier to automate marketing processes.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key metrics and generate reports using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Must have Agency experience
- Must know Demand Generation, ad campaign, email marketing, and landing pages
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in paid media, demand generation, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and conversion optimization.
- Proficient in Google Analytics to analyze campaign performance and extract actionable insights for optimization.
- Experience with SEMrush for SEO audits, keyword research, competitive analysis, and tracking organic performance.
- Strong experience in using ActiveCampaign for email marketing automation, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
- Expertise in building and optimizing landing pages using Unbounce , with a focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Proficiency in Zapier for automating workflows and integrating marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of the customer journey and how to leverage multiple digital channels to move leads through the funnel.
- Experience with Google Ads and other paid search platforms (Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to manage paid media campaigns.
