We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our team. This individual will spearhead our recruiting initiatives and be well-versed in creative approaches and tactics to recruit the best for our organization.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Passion for working with people

- Interest in making an immediate impact with a wide variety of internal solutions

- Strong sourcing skills with a successful track record of recruiting passive candidates

- Demonstrated success within a competitive talent market

- Previous experience working with a comprehensive applicant tracking system - ADPVantage a plus

- Previous experience recruiting for internship programs, via targeted recruitment efforts or campus recruiting activities

- Ability to work closely with managers to consult on selection and hiring practices

- Ability to streamline processes and partner with internal customers

- Experience partnering with community leaders as an employment ambassador and attending recruiting events to attract top talent

- Attention to detail, multi-tasking and strong follow-through required

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required

- Bachelor's degree preferred
