Information Network Associates, Inc. (INA) Location: Harrisburg, PA Position Type: Full-time About the Role Under the direction of the Director, this position is responsible to search and retrieve public records from all repositories. The position will coordinate and support the process service program/process and interface with a host of INA clients to include, but not be limited to attorneys, insurance and title companies, etc.
Key Responsibilities - Serve as primary point of contact for clients providing the highest level of customer service and support.
- Conduct research for civil suits, judgements, liens, bankruptcy, mortgages, deeds, and property ownership UCC, corporate tax lien, etc. Research may be conducted at a county, state, or federal courthouse, via online database, etc.
- Collect and analyze requirements for licensing in various states.
- Retrieve and serve subpoenas, following industry standard and best practice; Create affidavit of service and invoice for client.
- Perform complex and confidential administrative functions including, but not limited to, developing, and typing meeting minutes or written correspondence, typed memos, purchase requisitions, payment requisitions, payment requests, and other department forms and documents.
- Review and analyze forms, correspondence, audit and investigation reports, and records to determine completeness, accuracy of information, and compliance with rules and regulations.
- Provide support to INA's clients and customers as primary point of contact for walk-in traffic and telephone calls to the main corporate number.
Required Qualifications - Education: High School diploma or GED required; a college degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of experience in records collection preferred.
- Licenses: Valid driver's license, insurance with access to reliable transportation.
- Background Screening: Ability to pass INA's pre-employment background check, including drug screening and criminal history evaluation.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including before or after shifts, nights, and weekends as needed.
- Ability to sit for an extended period of time in an office environment.
