Join our team as a receptionist and be the welcoming face of our company in Rogers, MN! We are looking for a friendly and organized individual who can manage front desk operations with efficiency and professionalism. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Location: Rogers, MN
Wage: $20 - $22/hr.
Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm with an hour lunch

Duties of the receptionist:

• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Provide general support to the office staff

Requirements of the receptionist:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
