Job Description
The Superintendent is responsible for the overall delivery of Luxury Estate Home projects that are at least $10M and 10,000 SF including; overall site safety, scheduling and management of subcontractors and ensuring perfection on projects. Client Details Our client is a reputable General Contractor that has over 20 years of building Luxury Custom Homes in South Florida. Description Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients Develop and maintain site logistics plan Deliver the perfect home to clients with only the best finishes Conduct quality inspections Monitor costs, including labor time and material Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates Prepare and submit Daily Reports Attend and participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings Profile 10 years of High-End Construction Experience Luxury Custom Homes $10M and 10,000SF Strong experience with Project Management Software: ProCore, Builder Trend or similar software OSHA-30 Certification preferred Strong ability to read drawings and specifications Expertise with Level 5 Finishes Strong attention to detail and client care.
