This Administrative Assistant role supports multiple officers and associates in Investment & Corporate Banking by coordinating travel, processing expense reports, scheduling meetings, and managing general office needs. The position requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and proficiency with tools like Concur and Microsoft Office, while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced corporate environment. Client Details Our client is a major financial services company offering a wide range of banking, securities, and asset management services. Description Coordinate travel arrangements for senior staff (transportation, flights, hotels, etc.) Process detailed expense reports via Concur and follow up on reimbursement status Schedule and coordinate meetings using Outlook, including organizing guest passes and catering when necessary Answer, screen, and route telephone calls, responding to inquiries from internal and external clients Communicate company policies and procedures regarding client entertainment to officers and associates Manage general office needs such as ordering supplies and distributing mail Profile Extensive experience with Concur.
