We are a leading appliance manufacturing company specializing in refrigerators, stoves, and other household appliances, and we are looking for a Bilingual Technicians Supervisor to join our team. This role is critical in overseeing a team of 20 technicians within our warehouse, ensuring smooth operations, high-quality output, and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the technician team’s daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Maintain quality and safety standards by inspecting work, enforcing regulations, and implementing corrective actions
• Train and mentor technicians to enhance skills, improve workflow, and boost overall performance
• Utilize a strong technical background to troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues, stepping in to make necessary repairs when needed
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflow and meet production goals
• Enforce compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards to ensure a safe and efficient work environment

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Confident and capable of handling challenges with ease, making decisive decisions to keep operations running smoothly
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
• Knowledge of quality control and safety regulations
