Asset Manager

As an Asset Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of a diverse portfolio of assets. Your strategic insights and financial acumen will drive our continued success, making a significant impact on our clients and investors. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and work with a range of asset classes, including Data Center, Industrial, and Commercial properties with Triple Net Leases.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the asset management for a select portfolio of properties.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the performance and value of the assets.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk assessment.
• Coordinate property-level due diligence activities, including inspections, contract negotiations, and market research.
• Play a crucial role in supporting future acquisitions and disposals.
• Monitor and report on the financial health and performance of the portfolio.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align strategies with their objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience as an Asset Manager in a real estate or investment context.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
• Excellent knowledge of real estate markets and investment strategies.
