Experienced Associate Attorney - Houston, TX

Our client is a Midsize Law Firm seeking an Experienced Associate Attorney (Litigation & Arbitration) to join their Houston team!

Details:

• Compensation: $125,000 - $160,000 base salary (flexible, DOE)
• Annual billable-based bonus
• Commission for any new business brought in
• Mostly an Onsite schedule, but individuals can take remote days here and there
• Medical: a few different plans; one is fully covered for the employee's policy
• 401k with employer match
• Paid parking
• Practice Area Focus: Commercial Litigation, Securities & Financial Services Litigation, Employment Law, Trade Secret Litigation, Products Liability Defense, and Energy Litigation

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice in the State of Texas
• Minimum of 3-6 years of experience required in any of the above practice areas
• Strong Litigation experience: experience handling cases from start to finish (from intake to trial)
• Excellent writing skills (motion practices, briefs, summary judgments, etc.)
