Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of experience to support its Labor & Employment Practice in Texas.

Ideal candidates will have experience in:

• Employment and complex litigation defense, including class and representative actions and single-plaintiff cases.
• Traditional labor law matters.
• Employment counseling and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teams across multiple offices.
• Order of the Coif, law review, or clerkship experience is a plus.
