What We’re Looking For:

? 3-6 years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger clearance, compliance, and counseling

? Experience in government investigations (FTC or DOJ) and/or private litigation

? Background in large law firms or government agencies is a plus

? Strong academic credentials
