Akkodis is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a Contract job with a client in Lone Tree, CO or Southlake, TX or Omaha, NE or St. Louis (Hybrid 3 days) . Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in technical side, titles don’t mean anything but what I am going to look for – being able to understand, experience in REST and SOAP and API, Batch and ETL.

Rate Range: $65/hour to $70/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience.

Business Systems Analyst - Job Description/ Responsibilities

Must:

• 70% of every BSA is about the same – strong BSA skills, being able to communicate well, documentation, user stories, epics, supporting documentation, use cases, context diagram
• Help supports. Technical side, work with technical lead, solution design, able to understand, exactly going to same domain both roles
• Understand level of API, data moving, FTPing data into application. Never have to write code or api or spec code or ETL translation but understanding what we are doing
• Someone has that capability, good BSA in any domain – 30% is a ramp up time
• Angular and .net is nice to have
• They will be working in biggest legacy application. No need any experience in integration of salesforce
• Initially remote work, but they need to be in commuting distance from Lone Tree, Austin, Southlake, St. louis, Omaha, and phoenix

Skills that are absolutely huge help:

• Understanding of REST, SOAP services and API would be huge help, understanding of API
• The individual will be working on home grown CRM, it was built on .net. Internal facing application. We are doing enhancement to that application, regulatory. It has to meet these standard.
• Okay to consider without industry experience – any healthcare, telecommunication background is fine as far as they are a strong BSA skills.
• Being able to write strong artifacts, technical documentation, Business process flow diagrams
• Years of experience: 7 to 10 years, don’t want to see very Jr. BSA. They have to hit the ground running
• Doesn’t care about college degree if they have good experience
• Anything that will stand out: Really honing on some of the technical side, titles don’t mean anything but what I am going to look for – being able to understand, experience in REST and SOAP and API, Batch and ETL.
• How many scrum teams they will be tied to?: Single scrum team depending on how large that scrum team is. Ideally support 2 scrum team
• SQL, are they writing sql queries or searches? Most of them don’t do SQL scripts against data, we restrict data access. Its nice to have if they are doing heavy data analysis
