What You’ll Do:

• Handle civil defense litigation from case assessment to trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal filings with precision.
• Manage discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
• Provide strategic legal counsel and negotiate settlements.

? JD & NY Bar Admission

? 4+ Years Litigation Experience (Defense Preferred)
