IMPACT Legal Resources is currently working with a boutique Litigation Solutions law firm in NYC and West Orange, NJ. Looking for a Litigation Attorney with 2-4 years of large firm experience. They focus on federal securities fraud and class action opt-out cases; shareholder, credit and debtholder rights actions; and M&A and valuation related litigation, on the plaintiff and the defense side.Experience with federal securities and/or fiduciary duty law, depositions and motion practice, and/or financial industry knowledge is not required. Associates will develop deep experience with securities litigation, valuation litigation, corporate governance, financial industry issues and norms, and every step of the litigation process from analyzing claims to trial and appeals.
