Our work spans digital advertising, product and industrial design, print, OOH/BTL campaigns, billboards, retail mechanicals, animation, illustration, and beyond —and we need a well-rounded Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

This is a full-time, on-site position at our HQ in downtown Louisville, KY.

What You’ll Do
Design Across Mediums: Jump between digital, print, OOH, industrial design, and animation projects—sometimes all in the same day.
Brand Builder: Work on everything from luxury packaging to jaw-dropping ad campaigns that make people stop scrolling (or driving).
Motion and Illustration Bonus: If you’ve got skills in industrial design, animation, illustration, or 3D rendering, we’ll put them to good use.
Web & UX Pro: Experience with Figma, Elementor, and web design is a huge plus—bonus points if you can bring digital experiences to life with interactive elements.
Production-Ready Pro: Prep files for large-scale print, retail mechanicals, and physical builds with precision and care.
Creative Problem Solver: Collaborate with our creative directors and art directors on video, photo, build, and supply chain teams to push boundaries on what’s possible.

Who You Are
A Creative Chameleon: You can flex between high-end luxury aesthetics, gen z target advertising ideas , and everything in between.
Adobe Suite Master: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign—non-negotiable. After Effects, Blender, or Cinema 4D? Huge bonus points.
Detail-Oriented but Big-Picture Thinker: You care about pixel-perfect execution while keeping an eye on the overall campaign vision.
