Technical Business Analyst job opening

6 month contract to hire

$63/hour for the contract

First 3 months on site, then the position will be a 3 day hybrid model

Candidates must be in the Irving, TX area

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically savvy Technical Business Analyst to join our team and support a critical Messenger Service initiative. This role is similar to a Product Owner but focused more on facilitating cross-team collaboration, prioritizing deliverables, and providing structure to technical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with managers across teams to gather requirements, identify dependencies, and align project priorities.
• Support the development and delivery of enhancements to a Messenger Service platform.
• Help drive technical priorities and organize structured workflows for the engineering team.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project goals align with business needs.
• Facilitate the resolution of blockers and ensure smooth communication between different groups.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Strong understanding of enterprise messaging systems (Message Bus, Broker, MSMQ, etc.).
• Experience working on middleware services or messaging services is a big plus.
• Ability to translate technical information into business concepts and vice versa.
• Proven ability to drive structure and process in dynamic environments.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with both technical and business stakeholders.
