Our client is a well know law firm specializing in Personal Injury and Mass Tort, seeking a dynamic and driven Litigation Attorney to join their legal team in Clearwater, Florida.

Requirements:

• Must have active Florida Bar admission and experience in Florida law.
• Experienced litigation skills in Personal Injury a MUST.
• Trial and or defense experience a PLUS
• Self-starter with a 24/7 mentality —ready to tackle cases head-on.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team while maintaining individual accountability.
• Comfortable in a casual work environment but dedicated to achieving results.
• Comfortable being in office in Clearwater, FL

(Preferred but not required)

Licensed in Texas, Georgia, or California.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• A track record of managing cases effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Not a "clock watcher"—able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
