We are now looking for a HIGH-ENERGY, ambitious, self-starter, seeking a long-term career to join our Purchasing Department.

A SUCCESSFUL ASSOCIATE IN THIS ROLE…

• Works closely with Purchasing Manager
• Verifies stock
• Prepares purchase orders
• Provides our customers with the products they want and the answers they need, by providing Extreme Customer Service
• Maintains vendor relationships
• Supports our Sales Department with timely processing and follow-up
• Assists with inventory Control
• Is the ultimate team player, willing to do anything to help all fellow co-workers without hesitation

We are looking for a well-rounded customer service professional to help shape the future of our company. We work best with versatile people who can learn fast, think on their feet, and can quickly become competent in the way we currently do things so as to help us do them better.

WHAT WE REQUIRE:

• Knowledge of supply chain purchasing in the Plumbing, HVAC industry a must
• Superb attitude toward customer service
• Excellent Communication, Organization, and People skills
• Strong Mathematical, Grammatical & Punctuation skills
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Follow-Up and Follow-Through
• Common sense!
• Punctuality, Responsibility, and Positive Energy

This is a Full-Time Position: Monday – Friday
