Attorney

• Location: Chicago, IL
• Hybrid work shedule-WFH 2-3 days per week.
• JD with relevant legal experience required.
• Pay range: $57-$61/hour with optional benefits

Role Overview: The role involves working with a global team of attorneys to support Global Technology and Digital Customer Engagement (DCE) organizations, as well as other organizations, in executing strategies to drive growth through technology. In addition to serving the client, this role will contribute to the Technology Practice Group’s role as a technology law resource for our Legal colleagues around the world.

What You Will Do:

• Provide Day-to-Day Legal and Business Advice : Offer legal and business advice to select departments and groups within Global Technology and DCE. This includes collaborating with senior leadership to develop corporate strategies addressing issues such as risk mitigation, supplier management, information security, and governance.
• Draft, Review, and Negotiate Contracts : Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts for Global Technology and DCE, synthesizing issues and options for decision-makers.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Work collaboratively with various Legal and client teams.
• Represent the Legal Department : Represent the Legal department on cross-functional teams and initiatives.
