Job Description:

As the Molding Supervisor - Night Shift , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the molding department during the night shift. You will lead a team of machine operators and production staff, ensuring that all production targets, safety protocols, and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise in molding processes, and the ability to manage a team in a high-volume production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the molding team on the night shift to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are met.
• Monitor and troubleshoot molding processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance and manage troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime.
• Ensure adherence to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor production metrics and report on progress, challenges, and quality issues.
• Provide training and support to new and existing team members on proper molding techniques, safety protocols, and machinery operation.
• Handle and resolve employee performance issues and conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure proper documentation of production and safety reports.
