Job Summary

Our client is a leading technology services and consulting organization. They are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Facility Communication Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing content for their department website using Squarespace, SharePoint and Unily platforms, creating facility brochures for business stakeholders, and developing engaging content and visuals for office events.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage content for the department website using Squarespace, SharePoint and Unily platforms.
• Create facility brochures to provide to business stakeholders.
• Develop content and visuals for office events.
• Create and manage a quarterly newsletter produced digitally.
• Design eye-catching mailers on office updates, policies, and events.
• Prepare monthly business review presentations.
• Coordinate and guide facility 3D tours.
• Analyze and report on website traffic identifying opportunities to improve the site and drive site traffic.
• Assist with other facility communication projects as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Squarespace for web content management.
• Knowledge of CSS styles.
• Strong copywriting experience.
• Proficient in graphic design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with Unily platform.
• Familiarity with other web development tools and platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML.
• Experience in video editing and production.
• Strong understanding of branding and corporate identity.
• Ability to analyze and report on communication metrics.
