Our client is a growing alternative (quantitative) investment firm in Manhattan, operating on a hybrid schedule.
Position Overview and Description:
- Handle full life cycle recruiting
- Manage client and candidate relationships with finesse and a high-touch approach
- Work directly with hiring managers, from intake calls to offers
- Provide consultative search and recruiting services including talent research, market intelligence, sourcing, candidate development assessment, advising clients, and closing
- Development and execution of staffing and diversity hiring plans
- Partner/collaborate with the HR team and the business
Required Skills
- 3+ years of tech recruitment experience in financial services is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree with an exceptional academic record
The annual base salary range is $200,000 to $250,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
