Are you an experienced payroll professional with a strong background in Workday and ADP? We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team and support payroll processing for 15,000+ employees on a bi-weekly basis.
What You’ll Do:
Process full-cycle payroll for both exempt and nonexempt employees
Manage terminations and ensure accurate final pay calculations
Audit and review wage calculations & payroll reports, making necessary corrections
Track and process leave of absence (LOA) to calculate supplemental pay
Audit HRIS Workday daily file feeds into ADP to ensure data integrity
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with Workday & ADP – essential for success in this role
Strong attention to detail with the ability to audit and resolve discrepancies
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume payroll environment
Knowledge of payroll regulations, compliance, and best practices
