Job Details:

Position: Quality Supervisor/Test Supervisor

Location: EL PASO, TX 79912

Pay range $35-40/hour

Duration: 06+ months

SE HR will make final determination on offered pay rate when an offer is extended*

This position will be for the second shift from 3:30pm - 12:00 am

What will you do?

• Train, support, and supervise a team of quality inspectors/testers.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Prioritize job flow into test to ensure safe, quality products and prepare production reports regularly.
• Participate in Safety, (SPS), and ISO audits, ensuring timely completion of action items.
• Analyze failures, develop root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions in response to customer complaints.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

• Experience in reading and interpreting part drawings and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in creating Pareto charts and 8D reports.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Preferred bachelor’s degree in electronic/mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 3 years of QA experience
• 3 plus years of team supervisory experience.
