Job Title: HR Generalist

Pay Rate: $35 to $40 USD per hour on W2

Shift Timing: 1st shift, they could choose either 7:30 am to 4 pm or 8 am – 4:30 pm Tuesday Thursday and Friday but they do need to work 2 pm to 10:30 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays.

JOB DESCRIPTION/POSITION SUMMARY :

Employees relations/Investigations, Engagement, Attendance, Assisting Leadership Team with Disciplinary Action Process, other Generalist duties as assigned by HR Business Partner. In this opportunity you will be in a fresh and energized culture supporting non-union

Responsibilities:

• The HR Generalist works in partnership with the local HRBP and management team on

supporting the HR processes including employee relations, attendance, engagement,

and recruiting.

• This role will support a Distribution Center in Athens, TX – supporting the employee experience is a critical piece of the role.

•Provide employee relations support to leadership team and answer HR related questions.

Ensure consistency in disciplinary action process and documentation.

•Immediately escalate and conduct all employee relations investigations.

• Drive engagement and incentive programs to improve overall employee experience.

Qualification:

•Bachelor's degree

• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience, especially in employee relations/investigations.

3-5 years preferred.

• Supply-chain, manufacturing, or distribution/warehouse experience.

Passion for employee relations and engagement.
