Investor Relations Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Investor Relations Coordinator to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support investor marketing initiatives, manage communications, and be the primary point of contact for investor inquiries. The position also requires close collaboration with internal teams, including investment, finance, legal, and compliance, to ensure smooth operations and effective investor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investor Communication & Marketing: Execute investor marketing and communication initiatives, maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional service.
• Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main contact for investor inquiries and act as a liaison between investors, fund administrators, and internal teams.
• Database & CRM Management: Oversee and maintain the firm’s CRM and investor databases , ensuring accuracy and organization.
• Content Creation: Assist in preparing quarterly letters , investor presentations , and due diligence questionnaires .

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, marketing, or communications (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team.
• High integrity in managing confidential information.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
