Final Packaging Manager

Salary: $80K-$110K

About the Role

We’re seeking a Final Packaging Manager to lead our packaging operations. This role ensures efficiency, quality control, and compliance with safety standards while driving continuous improvement. What You’ll Do

? Lead & Manage: Oversee daily packaging operations, ensuring schedules and targets are met.

? Quality Control: Maintain high packaging standards, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.

? Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA, GMP, and company safety policies while conducting audits and training.

? Efficiency & Maintenance: Optimize workflows, track KPIs, and coordinate equipment upkeep.

? Inventory Management: Ensure packaging materials are stocked, minimising waste and shortages.

? Continuous Improvement: Identify process enhancements and stay updated on industry innovations.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing packaging, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with packaging equipment (baggers, case packers, X-rays, label printers, etc.).

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Tech Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in varying environmental conditions.

Bonus: Forklift operation experience is a plus!
