Key Skills and Experience:

• Aircraft Seating Expertise : Hands-on experience with visual work instructions and assembly operation processes.
• Process Optimization : Proficient in developing new build sequences in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Design & Manufacturing).
• Leadership : Proven ability to manage projects and teams—both locally and remotely—while fostering a collaborative, positive work environment.
• Technical Proficiency : Skilled in tools like Assembly Planner and CATIA V5.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience : Minimum of 6 years in assembly processes, with a strong preference for aerospace environments.
• Problem-Solving : Capable of identifying and addressing technical challenges with innovative solutions.
• Communication : Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• Standards Knowledge : Familiarity with ASME Y14.5, ISO9000, AS9100, and quality system models.

Your Responsibilities:

• Implement and optimize visual work instructions and assembly processes.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to meet project goals.
• Apply advanced analysis and inspection techniques to ensure precision and quality.

Special Requirements:

• Strong aerospace assembly process and tooling experience.
• Ability to use test and inspection equipment effectively.
