Description:

Our client is currently seeking an HR Generalist to join their team. This is a full-time, contract position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Serve as a trusted liaison between employees and management, addressing and resolving workplace concerns.
• Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback delivery, and performance evaluations.
• Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and additional perks.
• Ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Partner with leadership to identify and implement training and development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the manufacturing industry or a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time-management skills.
