Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Real Estate Attorney who will be responsible for assisting with various commercial real estate matters. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Draft leases, purchase and sale agreements, and additional documents for commercial real estate transactions.
• Organize the assessment, management, and formulation of commercial leasing and acquisition documentation.
• Work with clients and provide advice to address their business needs.
• Maintain relationships with old clients, and foster relationships with new ones.

Qualifications:

• Active NYS Bar admittance is required.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial Real Estate is needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills, are needed.
