Our Client is a Fortune 350 company that engages in the design, manufacturing, marketing, and service of semiconductor processing equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Designs and analyzes mechanical systems, equipment and packaging.
• Conducts simulation support (structural, thermal/flow analysis etc.) for design validation, optimization as well as testing and data collection.
• Conducts feasibility studies and testing on new and modified designs.
• Directs support personnel in the preparation of detailed design, design testing and prototype fabrication.

Skills:

• FEA/CFD
• Ansys fluids/mechanical
• Heat Transfer
• Simecenter 3D or other equivalent tools
• Experience in Semiconductor industry
• CAD (NX and Inventor)
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent oral and written communication

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
