Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney

Job Description:

Our client is a distinguished, award-winning legal practice with over 15 years of experience, specializing in Personal Injury, Employee Rights, and Consumer Class Action lawsuits.

As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will have the opportunity to advocate for clients and secure significant settlements and verdicts in cases involving wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), catastrophic injuries, and major orthopedic injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a significant caseload and work closely with a team of case managers and assistants.
• Collaborate with various departments, including sales, property damage, case management, demands/negotiation, and liens.
• Communicate and convey legal concepts and strategies to clients and opposing counsel.
• Regularly attend and conduct hearings.
• Develop skills and understanding of the personal injury pre-litigation process under the guidance of experienced supervising attorneys.

Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Superior analytical and legal research skills.
• 2+ years of experience in personal injury including but not limited to catastophic injury, wrongful death, slip & fall, premises liability.
