This is a new position in the Architecture division of our rapidly growing company, located on-site in our Atlanta office and working under our Lead Architects and very closely with our Interior Design teams. We are architects, interior designers, graphic designers and 3D Vizualisers. We are small but mighty and growing quickly, with multiple offices around the world executing designs for clients in every corner of the universe. We design buildings and spaces that don’t simply look good, we design them to feel good too. And we’re bloody great at it.

About the Position.

Working under the guidance of senior architects, the Architectural Designer will gain hands-on experience while contributing to design development, technical execution, and project coordination across residential and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate has 1-4 years of experience in architectural design, strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of architectural designs, prepare detailed drawings, and contribute to space planning and programming.
• Assist in researching and selecting materials that align with design intent and project specifications.
• Assist with preparing permit drawings, ensuring adherence to local building codes and regulations.
• Prepare detailed construction documents, coordinate with consultants, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Work closely with architecture, design, and drafting teams to ensure project milestones are met. Participate in site visits and monitor project progress.
• Assist in managing change orders, reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs and ensuring high-quality execution during construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
• 1-4 years of professional experience in architectural design.

Skills

• Proficiency in design software (Revit) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative team player who is eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic creative team.
