Talent Acquisition Coordinator –
Location: Westwood, MA
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (Tuesday & Wednesday mandatory onsite; 3rd onsite day flexible)
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (MUST be in-office for 8 hours)
Estimated Start Date: March 17, 2025
Contract Length: 6 months (Potential for extension based on performance, but not temp-to-hire)
Pay Rate: $42.50/hr
Job Description:
Are you interested in working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment? As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator , you will provide a wide range of administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including scheduling and onboarding, while creating a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will oversee transactions related to the ES Talent Acquisition model and provide required reports and data for compliance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team by scheduling interviews, coordinating pre-employment drug screens and background checks, managing offer letters, and assisting with new hire onboarding and orientation.
- Troubleshoot candidate and new hire inquiries regarding interviews and onboarding, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
- Meet service-level agreements to ensure high-quality service delivery (accuracy, timeliness, professionalism).
- Process Talent Acquisition transactions in Workday and generate reports as needed.
- Administer tests in compliance with Eversource and EEI Testing requirements.
- Maintain employee records and files to ensure legal compliance and support HR inquiries.
- Participate in department initiatives and projects to improve efficiency and enhance service.

Typical Task Breakdown & Work Environment:
- Heavy interview scheduling
- Coordinating background checks and drug screens
- Supporting recruiters with administrative recruiting tasks
- Managing "New Hiring Mondays" to assist with onboarding new hires
- Supporting a high volume of exempt and non-exempt requisitions
- Handling projects as needed
Team Interaction:
- High level of collaboration – supporting 2-4 recruiters at a time
- Frequent communication via email, Microsoft Teams, team meetings, and phone
Work Environment:
- Office setting with a structured hybrid schedule
- Work from home on remote days
Candidate Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ related experience, with at least 2 years in HR or a college degree
- Strong customer service experience for handling inquiries from applicants, employees, and HR colleagues
Technical Skills:
Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology
- Strong customer service skills

- Experience with Workday or other ATS
