• Additional related certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities:

• Online robot programming-Run trials and adjust parameters, evaluate quality drawings and meet standards.
• Offline robot programming-Use simulation software to perform reach studies and cycle time analysis. Knowledge of Fanuc Paint Pro and Kawasaki Carott3 programming software.
• Evaluate Quality-Use elco-meters, Fisher Dual Scope, wave-scan and BYK-Mac.
• Create Hand Over Documents-Create snapshots of the robot processes for the NAMC’s, Including node maps, quality data and program back-ups.
