• Worksite Location: Plymouth, MN
• Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 annually
• Benefits include: Medical, 401k, PTO and profit sharing

What you’ll do as the Senior Financial Analyst:

• Ensure accuracy of all branch and cost center budgets and monthly forecasts for the company rollup in both MS Excel and ERP
• Responsible for publishing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
• Calculate commissions, requiring researching discrepancies in invoicing and sales reporting
• Work in conjunction with staff accountant maintaining accurate POC schedule and investigating project variances
• Work with staff accountant and billing specialist to ensure timely and accurate project billings
• Assist Accounting in month end close processes
• Assist Accounting in compiling information for external auditors and tax accountants, as required
• Perform analysis as requested and provide solutions for efficient data capture

What you’ll bring to the Senior Financial Analyst role:

• Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years functioning in a financial analyst role or accounting department
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Solid knowledge of percentage of completion accounting
• Experience with accounting software Microsoft Dynamics BC is desired
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite with Advanced Excel Skills necessary, while Jet and PowerBI reporting skills desired
• Proficiency in technical applications including MS Office Suite
• Strong written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
