Position Overview

The Regional Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing Prime's portfolio of self-storage assets. This role involves in-depth financial analysis, operational performance monitoring, and strategic reporting, with a focus on maximizing revenue and operational efficiency. The Regional Operations Analyst will act as a liaison between the corporate and field operations team working closely with the Regional Vice President.

Essential Responsibilities

• Conducting detailed financial and operational analysis to identify opportunities for value creation in self-storage assets.
• Preparing and reviewing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive action for daily operations at the self-storage assets.
• Reviewing operational exceptions, expense overages, payroll models, budget-to-actual results, and other performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency.
• Continuously evaluating and optimizing revenue generation by asset
• Participating in ad hoc projects and analyses as required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Finance, Operations, or a related role, demonstrating consistent growth and achievement.
• Proven experience in managing budgets and developing supporting processes and systems.
• A collaborative, team-focused mindset and the ability to work across various departments with different levels of oversight.
• The capability to plan strategically from both financial and operational perspectives.
• Strong analytical skills, combined with efficiency, self-motivation, and a track record of following through and reporting results in writing and via various Excel-based formats.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to self-check deliverables.
• Strong independent and team-based work capabilities, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated, inquisitive, and dedicated to driving performance improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel.
