Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing.
- Experience with Sales Force Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with Email Results Reporting and Analysis.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with strong skills in multi-tasking and prioritization.
- High energy, solutions-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities.
- Creativity and innovation with a focus on constant improvement.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint presentation.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience in financial services including debit or credit marketing and/or agency-side experience.
What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for the email marketing strategy and implementation for engagement marketing campaigns.
- Setting up the email marketing strategy, cadence, personalization, creative development and delivery.
- Leading the development of engagement marketing emails with internal stakeholders.
- Partnering with internal execution and channel teams on the implementation of the email marketing plan, including setting personalization and test strategies with the email channel management prior to launch.
- Overseeing email creative development to ensure initiatives are on-strategy, on time and in budget.
- Tracking email campaign execution progress with the Execution Lead to ensure records are captured.
- Working across multi-functional teams such as: Product and Marketing Strategy team and Email Channel team and Operations.

- Marketing Information Management and channel teams to influence and coordinate targeting.
