Job Description:
Seeking a Scrum Master with expertise in Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps, and the Mortgage/Lending domain to support their teams and ensure successful project delivery. As the Scrum Master, you will work across multiple Scrum teams, fostering collaboration and process improvement to drive the delivery of high-value products. You will play a key role in ensuring Agile practices are followed and in managing the team's progress through metrics and continuous communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as Scrum Master for multiple Scrum teams, focusing on guiding teams towards process improvement.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Retrospective, and Sprint Demos.
Ensure cross-team coordination and communication to maintain delivery timelines.
Maintain relevant metrics to monitor team performance and progress.
Liaise between product owners, business analysts, developers, and user experience designers.
Work with Product Owners to research, analyze, and understand business and IT requirements, helping to build product roadmaps and manage the backlog.
Scale Agile/Scrum methodology to larger projects and organize Scrum of Scrums to manage cross-project dependencies.
Enforce and evaluate Agile/SDLC standards across teams.
Provide regular communication to IT and business management teams.
Collaborate with management to set and meet both short- and long-term department goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Expertise in AGILE methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with an understanding of other processes and methodologies to leverage for value delivery.
Strong understanding of iterative development and software development processes.
Familiarity with backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition.
Lending - Mortgage services domain experience.
Azure DevOps experience, including board management, dashboards, and backlog creation/maintenance.
Strong analytical skills to support independent and effective decisions.
Ability to implement incremental delivery and track value through metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Ability to facilitate discussions and evaluate alternatives, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work with multiple priorities under time constraints.
Leadership and assertiveness to ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum principles and build synergy within a team.

Work Environment:
This is an in-office position in Phoenix, AZ, with no remote option available.
You will work closely with a dynamic team in an evolving and fast-paced environment, supporting Agile methodologies in a large-scale organization.
