Job Description:

As a Loan Servicing Specialist, you will manage the day-to-day servicing of loans, including payment processing, customer inquiries, account maintenance, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This is an onsite position where you will work closely with other team members to maintain smooth loan operations and provide high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process loan payments, including adjustments for principal, interest, and escrow.
• Act as the main point of contact for borrowers, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Keep loan records up-to-date and make necessary adjustments to accounts.
• Ensure that all loan servicing activities comply with internal policies and industry regulations such as RESPA, TILA, and FDCPA.
• Track delinquent loans and support collection efforts as needed.
• Prepare and verify loan servicing documentation, including payment histories, payoff statements, and late notices.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in the loan servicing system.
• Work closely with the closing and servicing teams to streamline loan operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of commercial loan servicing experience.
• Strong knowledge of loan servicing systems and regulations.
