About the Role
This Program Manager Level 1 position focuses on assisting in the delivery and management of our business lighting rebate programs across South Dakota, New Mexico, Colorado, and Minnesota. These programs incentivize businesses to adopt energy-efficient lighting, ensuring sustainability while meeting regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
? Program Support – Collaborate with the existing program manager to oversee rebate programs, providing operational and administrative support.
? Stakeholder Coordination – Work with internal teams, external vendors, and customers to ensure seamless program execution.
? Program Execution – Track progress, manage documentation, and monitor deadlines to align with program goals.
? Performance Analysis – Assist in evaluating program metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting reporting efforts.
? Transition Support – Step in to cover responsibilities left by the previous program manager and ensure continuity.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
Start the day by reviewing emails, addressing program inquiries, and meeting with internal teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, marketing, and regulatory teams to align on program goals.
Engage with external vendors and business customers to ensure rebate program success.
Support marketing efforts, analyze program performance, and strategize for future improvements.
