We're searching for a forward-thinking Lead Mechanical Engineer to lead quality control of TAI’s Mechanical design projects across a wide variety of industries, including life sciences, mission-critical, commercial, and industrial sectors. This is no ordinary engineering role – you'll be the mastermind behind groundbreaking designs, a technical leader who inspires innovation, and a strategic thinker who ensures our projects meet and exceed our client’s needs.

- Redundancy challenges for mission critical clients
- Designing office space and buildings for Fortune 500 companies.
Here's a Taste of What You'll Be Doing:
- Quality control of all Mechanical design projects including initial project planning, intermediate reviews, and final review prior to any permit and construction submission.
- Setting the Mechanical Division design standards
- Support a talented team of mechanical engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Champion innovative solutions for complex mechanical design challenges.
- Oversee all aspects of the mechanical engineering process, from concept to completion.
- Interface with clients to understand their needs and translate them into exceptional designs.
- Ensure projects meet all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Stay on top of emerging technologies and industry trends.
You'll Be a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in mechanical engineering or related engineering disciplines.
- Candidates without a degree should have at least 20-years or more experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
- Professional Engineering License
- U.S. Citizenship
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, calculations, trends, and applications.
- Experience in a variety of industries, including life sciences, mission-critical, commercial, or industrial sectors (a plus!). We will work with you to get training on the market sectors where you don’t have direct experience.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and collaborate with a diverse team.
- A strong understanding of project management principles and best practices.
- The ability to think strategically and translate our client’s business goals into engineering solutions.

Compensation & Benefit Offerings:
- Base Salary range - $150,00 – 190,000 (based upon experience)
- Additional Incentive Pay for overtime hours
- Annual Profit Sharing Bonus (variable)
