Job Description

The Project Manager will have overall responsibility for an assigned construction project in the verticals listed above and a proven track record in preconstruction, safety, quality, budgeting, scheduling, business development, and close out of nationally known projects.

• Manage the activities of subcontractors, vendors, and labor, maintaining strict control over the accuracy and quality for each work activity.
• Plan look-ahead schedules, maintain project schedule controls.
• Identify and report problems or deficiencies to the Director / project executives
• Document on-site activities that may impede progress or compliance to project/contract requirements
• Review subcontract agreements
• Maintain strict control over the budget for each work activity
• Assist in preparation of project status report and provide complete daily reports to the Project Manager.

Ideal Candidate

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager for a commercial Construction General Contractor. Projects managed should include the Ground up new construction or New Construction scopes of work.
