Our client, a leader in the Financial Services industry, is looking for a Project Specialist to drive automation initiatives in third-party mutual fund operations. You will play a key role in improving efficiency, profitability, and risk mitigation through automation, collaborating closely with senior leadership, risk teams, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead automation initiatives for US money market funds, enhancing trade and settlement processes.
• Coordinate with external funds and transfer agents to implement SFTP automation.
• Oversee testing and implementation, writing test scripts, managing resources, and ensuring smooth execution.
• Communicate with senior management, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Work with risk, compliance, and legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and manage risk.
• Monitor project costs and identify ways to minimize testing and implementation expenses.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Finance, Business, etc.).
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years experience with US money market funds.
• SFTP automation experience is required.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills.
• Experience with Qtest is a plus.
