Our client is seeking a Product Business Analyst to support key product and technical initiatives, focusing on supply chain and logistics within the CPG industry. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions while driving operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical/product specifications.
• Create flowcharts, diagrams, and business process models using tools like Microsoft Visio.
• Support the development of digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate on Agile methodology to develop solutions, leveraging SaaS platforms and source control systems.
• Assist in change management practices and ensure proper integration across digital solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with OMS and CPG industry experience.
• Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and the CPG industry.
• Proficient in Agile methodology and working with SaaS platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Knowledge of source control systems, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA are preferred.
