The position assists Project Managers across projects of varying sizes and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. It is considered a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) or support role, requiring college-level reasoning through formal education or relevant work experience. A solid understanding and proficiency in project control principles, procedures, and associated software tools are necessary. The role requires the ability to identify problems, create solutions, and take appropriate actions. The ability to quickly adapt to and effectively use new software, as well as working with large, complex data sets, is crucial. Advanced to expert-level Excel skills are essential for this position.
