In this position, you will:

• Review structural drawings and specifications of public schools, community colleges, and essential services building projects to ensure compliance
• Provide consultative and technical assistance to architects, contractors, engineers, and other key stakeholders during the plan review process
• Conduct assessments of existing buildings to determine their integrity and safety and make recommendations on required renovations
• Conduct construction site visits to ensure compliance to safety codes and regulations
