We are representing a very prominent aerospace manufacturing organization who is actively seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead their Cleveland facility. The Quality Manager will report directly to the General Manager who is looking to begin the interview process ASAP!

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Candidate will report to the General Manager while leading a department of (2) Engineers.
• Candidate will assume ownership over both the plant quality function while working cross functionally with different departments
• Provide direction and leadership consistent with company and business plan goals.
• Maintain and develop strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendors
• Direct and drive the utilization of problem solving methods for related plant and customer issues.
• Responsible for improving process efficiency through best practices, SOP's, and lean manufacturing.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Degree is preferred for consideration
• Candidate should have at least 5 years of Quality Management experience within highly regulated environment
• Candidate should have a strong Quality Systems profile
• Experience with Metals environment preferred
